The Samaritans provide emotional support to anyone who wants a friendly listening ear to speak to, as well as to those who are in emotional distress, struggling to cope or at risk of suicide. Samaritans confidential listening service is available 24/7/365.
Your GP cares about your mental health and is able to provide support, guidance and onward referrals.
Better Health- Every Mind Matters is a suite of useful tips, resources and guides put together by the NHS and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID). It is designed to promote good mental health and signpost to appropriate support for people experiencing poor mental health.
