The total length of this self-paced interactive course is approximately 160 minutes but can be taken at your own pace in as many sessions as you like.

By taking this course, you'll learn how to approach difficult conversations with empathy, active listening, and the appropriate use of language. You'll also gain insights into how to identify and manage your own emotions during difficult conversations, as well as strategies for responding to emotional reactions from others. With the skills you'll acquire from this course, you'll be better equipped to handle difficult conversations in a confident and professional manner, while maintaining positive relationships. Following this course you will:
