The total length of this self-paced interactive course is approximately 95 minutes but can be taken at your own pace in as many sessions as you like.  
This course is ideal for teachers, support staff, and leaders who want to understand and optimise their energy levels and improve their overall wellbeing. We understand that working in a school can be demanding, and our course is designed to help you manage your energy effectively, so you can continue to show up as your best self for your self, your students and colleagues.

In this interactive course, you will discover the 4 dimensions of energy - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual - and learn how each dimension impacts your ability to perform at your best. You'll begin by being guided through a self-reflection process to help you assess your current energy capacity and identify areas for improvement, before exploring how you can develop and improve each dimension of energy.

As a school staff member, you face unique challenges that can drain your energy, such as managing difficult behaviors, dealing with stressful situations, and juggling competing demands. That's why we will explore strategies for renewing energy and dealing with energy drains that are specifically tailored to the needs of school staff. We will teach you practical techniques for managing stress, increasing resilience, and maintaining optimal energy levels throughout the day.

Our course is delivered in an engaging and interactive format, with videos, quizzes, and practical exercises to reinforce your learning.

By the end of this course, you will have a deeper understanding of your energy levels and the tools and strategies you need to manage your energy effectively as a school staff member.
