The total length of this self-paced interactive course is approximately 110 minutes but can be taken at your own pace in as many sessions as you like.  
According to the 2022 Teacher Wellbeing Index, 75% of education staff report that they feel stressed. It's essential that all school staff are able to manage and reduce stress, and we're delighted to offer this free course to all education staff.

This interactive course is designed to provide you with practical tools and techniques to better manage stress, including identifying your triggers and stressors. By taking this course, you'll learn about the difference between pressure and stress, and you'll be able to identify the main causes of workplace stress and your own stressors. You'll also learn how to better manage the key risks of stress, including time management, self-care, and resilience-building techniques. With the skills you'll acquire from this course, you'll be better equipped to manage stress, improve your wellbeing, and become more effective in your role.
